Online Fashion & Accessories Return Policy

We want you to look and feel fabulous in your new TS14+ styles. Therefore, we are happy to exchange or refund any part of your online order that you are not satisfied with.

If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to the online store or any of our Australian boutiques, (this excludes our Myer concept stores) provided the following conditions are met:

  • You must return your order within 30 days of the dispatch date.
  • The item/s must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All labels, swing tags and hygiene strips must still be attached.
  • Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please ensure adequate postage is affixed, as Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted. We also recommend you send your return back via a trackable method of postage, as we will not be responsible for lost or missing parcels, and all goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

TS14+ does its best to ensure that all customers receive top quality merchandise. However, if you believe that your item is faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact the TS14+ Customer Support Centre, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Online Intimates Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing Bras & Briefs from the new TS14+ Intimates range online.We’re sure that you’ll love them but until you understand the sizing we know you need to try them on. 

If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to the online store or any of our Australian boutiques, (this excludes our Myer concept stores) provided the following conditions are met:

  • You must return your order within 30 days of the dispatch date
  • The item/s must be unworn and unwashed
  • All labels, swing tags must still be attached
  • Please try on your new TS14+ briefs over your underpants. Just in case you may need to make a return or exchange we ask that you comply with these hygiene standards
  • Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons any briefs that do not comply with these standards will not be accepted for a refund or exchange Once you are happy with the fit remove the tags & enjoy!

Change of Mind

Where customers are not completely happy with their purchase, they are able to return their items to any boutique for an exchange, credit note or refund within 30 days of the original purchase provided the following conditions are met:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Original Swing tag must be attached with returned products. 
  • The item/s must be unworn and unwashed and in perfect saleable condition.
  • Hygiene strip must be in place for exchange, credit note or refund of swimwear.
  • Homewares purchased in store may only be returned to a store that stocks homewares.
  • Homewares purchased online must be returned to the online store. These purchases cannot be returned to a boutique store.
  • Online purchases of apparel and accessories made through the Taking Shape Australia website can be returned to any of our Australian or New Zealand boutiques (excluding Australian Myer concept stores).
  • Change of mind returns excludes all sale or reduced merchandise, swimwear, earrings and briefs.

Faulty Product

The customer is entitled to an exchange, repair, credit note or refund if the products purchased are faulty or does not do what we said it would.

Proof of purchase must be provided for all product returned as faulty.

Clearance Stores

Items purchased from a Factory Outlet or Clearance Store may be returned to the original store of purchase for an exchange only. All exchanges must be within 30 days. We do not provide refunds or credit notes for Factory Outlet or Clearance Stores purchases. Proof of purchase must be presented for all exchanges.

Taking Shape Australia Myer Concept Stores Return Policy

In the event that a customer is not entirely satisfied with any concession merchandise purchased from a Myer store, we will offer a repair, exchange or refund, in line with our policy.

Myer in conjunction with the Concession Business's has the right to assess the age and condition of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund.

A customer, who provides a valid receipt and does not wish to exchange the merchandise, will be provided with a refund on the merchandise. The refund will be provided using the original payment method.

Change of mind returns must be accompanied with a proof of purchase sales or gift receipt within a defined period of 30 days.

To return merchandise to our online store simply complete the Exchange/Returns Form that is enclosed with your order, securely pack the items and post back to:

In store

To return merchandise to an Australian TS14+ boutique simply take your items and your online tax invoice to a boutique and our Fashion Stylist will refund or exchange your order.

Online purchases may only be returned to a New Zealand boutique for an exchange of the exact same style, but for a different size or colour. Refunds cannot be processed due to currency conversion rates, tax and duty charges.

Online Return Processing

Refunds

If you request a refund we will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage charges. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our fulfillment centre. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refund to show in your account.

Reorders

If you request a reorder on your Exchange/Returns Form the returned items will be refunded against your original order and the reorder will be treated as a new order. Your credit card will be refunded and charged accordingly.

Faulty Items

TS14+ does its best to ensure that all customers receive top quality products.
