Delivery to Australia for Fashion & Accessories
Shipping & Handling to Australian addresses (for Fashion and Accessories) is FREE.
Our parcels are sent by a registered Australia Post parcel delivery service. This service is a signature delivery service. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for processing and 2-7 days for delivery within Australia.
You will receive an order dispatch email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Please consider a Post Office Box or work delivery address if you are not usually at home during the day. Please note that if no one is home to receive the parcel, local postal guidelines apply.
Australia Post, the provider we use for all shipping in Australia, may take longer to deliver at different times of the year, with the Christmas period being especially affected by large volumes.
You may check the status of your order at any time by signing into your account, however once your order has shipped you will be able to trace it with Australia Post directly. You can do this by contacting them and quoting the Consignment Note number quoted on the order dispatch email you will have received from us. Delivery to New Zealand for Fashion & Accessories
Shipping & Handling Charges to New Zealand Addresses is $15AUD
Our parcels are sent by a registered Australia Post International Air Mail.
Please allow 5 – 10 business days for processing and 7-10 days for shipping within New Zealand, as all parcels are sent from our warehouse in Australia.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Please consider a Post Office Box or work delivery address if you are not usually at home during the day. Please note that if no one is home to receive the parcel, local postal guidelines apply.

International Delivery
Shipping & Handling Charges to International Addresses is $30AUD
We ship orders to every corner of the globe from Australia using registered Australia Post International Air Mail.
Please allow 5 – 10 business days for processing and 7-20 days for international shipping.
Overseas orders do not attract the Australian GST (10% Goods and Services Tax) and this will be reflected on your order confirmation.
Any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Homewares Delivery within Australia only
Shipping & Handling to Australian addresses for most of our Homewares range is a Flat Rate of $9.00. Oversized items are charged at a Flat Rate of $15.00. The oversized fee is based on the individual product dimensions and you will be advised on each product page and in your shopping cart if this charge is applicable.
Please note you will only be charged one lot of shipping per order, not per item. However, if you purchase one standard item and one oversized item you will charged the oversized fee of $15.00. For instance: If you buy 1 x oversized item and 4 x standard sized items, your shipping & handling will be $15.00. If you buy 5 x standard sized items your shipping & handling will be $9.00.

General Shipping Information
Pre-order Styles
Availability/In Stock dates for pre-ordered styles are listed against each item. Once a style is available the standard delivery time for your country will apply.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses
Please ensure your address is complete and correct when going through checkout, as orders where Australia Post has deemed the address to be incorrect or incomplete may be result in delayed delivery, lost parcels or the package been returned to the TS14+ fulfilment centre. Complete addresses should include any of the following which are applicable to your delivery address:
- Company Name
- Suite Number
- Level Number
- School Name
Delivery Instructions
Many customers have special delivery instructions for parcels. The Delivery Instructions field is there to provide your postman with the "authority to leave" your parcel in a specific location. If no instructions are supplied and you are not home them the parcel will be sent back to your local Post Office for you to collect at your earliest convenience. The delivery instructions options are on the delivery instructions page when you place an order. Please do not enter your PO Box address into the Delivery Instructions field; these details should be completed in the Shipping Details section.
