Can I use my TS14+ Privilege Card to buy from your online store?
Yes! Simply log into our online store with the email address attached to your TS14+ Privilege Card, and you'll see all full priced merchandise is reduced by 10%.

Do I get 10% off sale items?
No; please note the 10% discount is only valid on full priced TS14+ merchandise.

What if I forget my password?
Follow the "Forget Your Password" prompts when you sign in. Once you are signed into your account you can change your password to something that you find easy to remember.
